The short version

Right now, this website collects one thing: an email address you type into the waitlist form, and optionally a sentence about how you currently keep track of your cycle. That is the entire dataset. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this site.

What we will never do

• Sell your data, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• Send your medication names, doses, lab values or scan results to any analytics service.
• Send you marketing about a cycle you have marked as cancelled or lost.
• Show you ads.

The waitlist

Your email address is stored by Resend (our email provider, servers in Ireland) so we can email you once when the app is ready to test. If you answer the “what are you using right now?” question, that answer is forwarded to us by email and used to decide what to build. We do not add you to a newsletter.

You can be removed at any time by emailing hello@triggerwindow.com. We will delete your record and confirm.

The app

The Trigger Window app has not launched. When it does, this policy will be updated before it ships, and the commitments below are the design it is being built to.

• Your cycle data belongs to you. Medications, doses, injection times, vial inventory, scan measurements and lab values are stored so that only your account can read them, enforced at the database level.
• Health data never enters analytics. We measure whether a screen was opened or a dose was logged. We do not send what the dose was.
• You can export everything from inside the app, and delete your account from inside the app — a real delete, not an email request.
• Partner access is explicit. Nobody sees your cycle unless you invite them, and you can revoke it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Portugal, the CNPD.

Legal basis and retention

We process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent, given when you submitted the form. We keep it until the app launches and you have had the chance to try it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with data you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
